The challenge

Proof of concept to clear direction.

I joined a five-person core team for a two-month contract to advance an early game concept on a tight timeline. We pushed prototypes to the right level of fidelity to evaluate the experience without letting production polish obscure the core vision.

Production workflow

Direction to a working build

I helped develop an AI-assisted workflow that rapidly turned leadership direction into working prototypes. This allowed me to move between UX, visual design, and implementation while engineering focused on higher-priority technical challenges.

  1. Small team

Worked in a five-person strike team

  2. AI-assisted

    Turned direction into working builds

  3. Lean prototype

Built enough context to validate ideas, not polish

  4. Proven systems

Leveraged familiar patterns to move faster

  5. Rapid iteration

    Short feedback loops accelerated decisions

Outcome

Prototype to greenlight in under three months.

Team alignment

Shared builds created clarity and confidence before production.
